The Football League have confirmed the date on which they will release the fixtures for the 2008/09 season.

Pool will learn their schedule on Monday, June 16. Fixture lists are usually made publicly available at approximately 10am.

Of course the Championship line-up is not yet totally confirmed, as one of Watford, Hull City, Crystal Palace and Bristol City will leave the division via the play-offs, which begin this Friday.

Meanwhile Carlisle, Doncaster, Southend and Leeds are vying for promotion in the League One play-offs, which also kick off this weekend.
