SIMON Grayson has not ruled out adding to the Blackpool squad prior to this afternoon's loan deadline, if the deal is right for the club.

Many managers across the country are currently looking to finalise their squads ahead of the last few games of the season before the loan deadline of 5pm.

Having made quite a few loan signings over the course of the season already, Grayson isn't ruling out an addition before the close of business.

"We've made one or two enquiries about one or two players, we'll just have to wait and see," he said. "It's not a needs must, it's basically putting calls out, see what's available and, if they're better than what we've got, then we might try and do something."

If any potential loan signings don't come to fruition then the manager won't be overly concerned and could easily continue with the current squad of players he has available to him.

He said: "We've got a decent enough squad at the moment ready to see us through but if anybody comes available that will make us better then we might look to do that.

"It's a strange part of the season really when you've got six, seven games to go, a lot of clubs are not letting players out and the ones that they're letting out are maybe not good enough for what you want.

"Again, you've got to make sure that if you're bringing players in that they are right for the club and they fit in well to our sort of environment, which so far the players that we've brought in have all done that," he added.

IF THE MANAGER DOES AGREE ANY DEALS FOR PLAYERS TODAY THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE WILL BE THE FIRST TO BREAK THE NEWS.
